How do I order?

  1. Purchase product(s), then fill out the shipping and billing information.
  2. Email transfer total to an address sent to you via email, with the answer to the security question being, “goldbuds” (without quotes).
  3. A confirmation email will be sent once funds are accepted & within 24 hours your tracking code will be sent.
  4. Your product(s) will be sent in twice vacuum sealed packaging and is guaranteed to be scentless for your confidentiality.

Note: All orders will be sent express within 1-3 days, and are securely sealed and completely odourless to insure your privacy.

Is ordering through Goldbuds.ca legal?

In the early 2000’s, mail-ordering product to clients and customers was introduced and since then has been expedited and is now a very common procedure, with no known cases of seized packages. Canada post has announced they will not stop packages with cannabis in them. At this time, senders may face risks, but receivers should not.

How confidential/private is the packaging/labelling of my product?

Packages are double sealed so they are odourless and sent through Canada Post Express (1-3 business days) in standard packaging that does not disclose the contents on the package or labelling.

How much does shipping cost?

You get free shipping with orders $200.00 and above within Canada.  Shipping to Northern Canada may incur additional charges.

Orders below $200, and otherwise have a $16.99 flat rate shipping charge.

How long does shipping take?

If we receive your order and payment by our 9am PST cutoff time, your order will ship that business day. If we receive your order and payment after 9am PST, your order will ship the next business day.  (Business days refer to Monday-Friday).

Shipping is express (1-3 business days).

What if my package goes missing?

All customers receive a tracking code once payment is received and their order is processed. Tracking codes are accessible within 24-48 hours after the package has been sent.  At times, delays at Canada Post may result in the package being delivered even before the tracking number is uploaded onto the site.  If you do not receive your package within 4 business days, please contact us at info@goldbuds.ca and we will follow up with it for you.
